She was predeceased by: her husband Gary "Bush" Ray; and her father Leroy Brown. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Holliday Brown Baker; her children, Melissa Boykin of Sumter and Wade Thompson; and her brothers, Mike Brown, Ronnie Brown and Danny Brown. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren.
