He was predeceased by: his wife Yvette Foster Clark; and his mother Rosa L. Slater Clark. He is survived by: his father Dewitt Clark (Hazel); his sons, Patrick Clark, Jr. and Roosevelt Foster (Alia); his siblings, Lydia Anderson, Lafonda Habersham (Harlan), Linda Clark and Dewitt Clark, Jr. (Erica); his aunts, Shirley Harris, Hattie Burns, Barbara Walker, Bernice Slater and Diane Slater; his niece Janea of Washington; and his nephew Jamar Ford. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
In accordance with the COVID -19 guidelines, the family is requesting face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during all visitations at the home, 2611 Stanley Court, Sumter.
