She was predeceased by: her parents, Thadeus P. Gibbons and Joyce Pierce Gibbons. She is survived by: her husband Alton R. Geddings, Jr.; her son Alton R. Geddings, III (Jessie) of Lumberton, NC; her grandchildren, Michael (Kayla), Lily, Alie, Nathaniel and Noah; her great grandchild Hendrix; and her siblings, Billy Gibbons (Patricia) of Manning, Thadeus P. Gibbons, Jr. (Terry) of Sumter, Judy Barker of Sumter and Linda Shealey of Lake City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
