She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia Rodgers Helms; and her sister Judy Helms. She is survived by: her father Billy Edward Helms, Sr.; her husband Michael Oneal Truett; her daughter Judy Lynn Truett; her granddaughter Aubrey Lynn Rogers; and her siblings, Billy E. Helms, Jr. (Karin) and Joye Lynn Barrs (Mike) of Sumter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In light of the COVID 19 Virus, the family is planning a memorial service at a later date.
