He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Francois DuCom, Sr. and Mildred Ramsey DuCom. He is survived by: his children, Shan DuCom (Tully Mark Moye) of St. Simons Island, GA, Paul F. DuCom, III (Sylvia) of Rock Hill, SC, Alyce Mellette DuCom Dobson of St. Simons Island, GA and Rett S. DuCom (Natalie) of Sumter; and his sister Mary Brent Cantarutti (Lido) of San Rafael, CA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
