He is survived by: his children, Robert Alan Spain (Linda Su Knox) of Paris, Dr. Tammy Spain Haislip (Greg Haislip) of Byron and Russell Spain (Layla Spain) of Modesto, California; his grandchildren, Dr. Matthew Haislip (Jessica Haislip) of Starkville, MS, Andrew Spain (Cortney Sampson) of Bellefontaine, Amy Haislip Warde (Peter Warde) of Quakertown, Rachel Spain Clark (Aaron Clark) of Humble, Trey Haislip (Brianna Haislip) of Paris and Rebecca Spain of Modesto, California; his great grandchildren, Hunter Clark of Humble, Hailey Clark of Humble, Aiden Spain of Sumter, Alyssa Spain of Sumter, Joshua Warde of Quakertown, Logan Spain of Bellefontaine and Katen-Victoria Warde of Quakertown, Pennsylvania; his close friend Jo Carolyn Williams of Sumter; and also, Morgan Williams (Diane Bratton) of Sumter, Matthew Williams (Nicole Williams) of Sumter and Christina Hodge (Allen Hodge) of Manning.
