He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernard C. Cutter and Marion E. Hattie; and his grandchildren, Susan McDevitt and Christopher Jimenez. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Rivera Cutter of Sumter, SC; his children, Robert Carrol Cutter III (Cindy), James B. Morales (Sara Monks), Rafael Lopez (Kim), Deborah Jo Cutter (Sam), Katherine Hattie Cutter, Linda Carol Cutter, Lucy E. Marquez, Nancy Green (Robert) and Nilza Alonzo (Jose Alonzo Ruiz); his brothers, Joseph Marshall Cutter (Lynda) and Carl Cutter; and his grandchildren, Robin Cutter, Robert Carrol Cutter IV, James Morales, David Wildman, Robert Morales, Adam Becker, Barnaby Morales, Jonathan Morales, Miguel Jimenez, Jason Jimenez, Nicholas Marquez, Adrian Marquez, Christopher Lopez, Alexxe Lopez-Kirshenbaum and Irving Morales. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and extended family.
