He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Frazier and Alice Anderson Frazier; and his siblings, John Henry Frazier, Sarah Stapleton, Louise Bradford, Frances Simons, Blanche Webb and Net Stowe.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Lee Frazier, Jr. (Pamela), Tonya Frazier Grammer (Dave), Ronald Frazier, Joseph Randall Frazier, Jr. (Yusan), Philip Alexander Frazier (Keleigh) and Seth Albert Frazier; and his grandchildren, Jennifer King (Wyatt), James Frazier (Usha), Libby Grammer and D. J. Grammer. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
