He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Mervin Turner, Sr. and Fern Ginevan Turner of Virginia; and his siblings, Arthur Turner, Jr. and Shirlee Ann Palmer. He is survived by: his stepson William R. Haddon (Mary C. Haddon); his grandchildren, Rhonda S. Loyd, Seth Senteney and Kate Eberle; his great grandchildren, Taylor R. Loyd, Parker D. Loyd, Nate Senteney and Gabe Senteney; and his sister Laura J. Armstrong.
