He was predeceased by: his father Roland Tomlin Sr.; his siblings, Katie Bell Williams, Julia Dukes, Maggie Levine, Ida of Washington, Mary E. Tomlin, Addie T. Williams, Abram Tomlin Jr. and Roland Tomlin Sr.; and also, Abram Tomlin Sr. and Mary Jackson-Tomlin.
He is survived by: his children, Loretta Rembert (Anthony), Robert Tomlin Jr., Bernard Tomlin and Deidre Maple (Robert) of Sumter; his grandchildren, Jameka Rembert of Charleston, Nikki Rembert of Snellville, G. A., Traiven Maple (Vanessa) and Alaysha Maple of Sumter; his sisters-in-law, Jeannie Williams (Alfred) of Sumter, Elouise Gordon of Freeport, N. Y. and Ciara Brown (Roderick) of Charlotte, N. C.; his adoptive children, Major Scott (Sharon) and Sherry Glasscho; his goddaughter Miranda Richardson; his sister Vernice Dukes; and his nieces and nephews, Patricia Dukes and Unk Joe Louis. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren and four adopted grandchildren; one special cousin.
