He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Prothro, Sr. and Gardenia Moore; and his brother Wardell Moore, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Parker Prothro; his children, Terrance Prothro, Jame Johnson, Justin Pearson, Denice Lemon (Marcus) and Dorthia Farmer (Dontrell); his siblings, Minister Jame Prothro (Denise), Richard Prothro (Sharon), Windell Moore (Mechele), Franklin Moore (Harriett), Annie Mae Wilson, Geraldine Sanders and Bernadine Moore (Robert); and his stepchildren, Dell Pearson, Cris Pearson, Shawn Pearson, Tyrone Hunt, Jerry Hunt, Sabrina Hunt and Brandon Hunt. He is also survived by nephews other relatives and friends.
