It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa Mullins (Sumter, South Carolina), born in Gate City, Virginia, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Edward Mullins; and her parents, William Henry Collins and Mary Magdaline Collins. She is survived by: her son Charles Randall Mullins of Sumter; and her grandchildren, Charles E. Mullins of Sumter and Leah Denise Sanders of Greenville. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
