He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Deacon Willie Sr. and Deaconess Daisy Budden.
He accepted Christ in his youth and joined Enon Baptist Church (currently Enon Missionary Baptist Church) which was the foundation of his spiritual growth and development.
