He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Everett Suggs and Kathlene Shelley Suggs. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Brower Suggs; and his children, Thomas Warren Suggs (Chawee), Kevin Wayne Suggs (Beverly), Emely Romero, Mariana Yeager, Cassandra Suggs and Tiffany Suggs. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
