He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Mincey McInnis; his parents, John Mack McInnis and Elzadie Heathcock McInnis; his son Walter Shannon; his siblings, Allene Davis, Lottie Crager, Eunice Oxford, Clarence McInnis, Clyde McInnis and Joe McInnis; and his grandson Josh Neville.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anita Neville (Mike Craft) of Sumter, Vanessa McInnis (Tom) of Sumter, Linda Squires of Pinewood and Shiny Chan of Malaysia; his son-in-law Larry Squires of Sumter; his brothers, John Edward McInnis (Jan) of Dothan, AL and J. B. McInnis (Joann) of Stateline, MS; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Neville, Jason Neville, Matthew Neville, Katie Neville, Doc Caines, Eric Caines, Nathan Caines, Amanda McInnis, Emily Broach and Lee Squires. He is also survived by twenty one great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
