He was predeceased by: his parents, Madie Meadows and Bigelow Meadows; his wife Dorothy Harrah Meadows; and his siblings, Ruth Freeman, Wayne Meadows and Jim Meadows.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Amick James of Mt. Pleasant, Mary L. Meadows of Sumter and Dody M. Yarborough of Columbia; his grandchildren, Marie Corrao of Canton, Georgia (Scott), Dr. Elizabeth Kirlis (Karey) of Mt. Pleasant, William H. Yarborough and Benjamin L. Yarborough of Columbia; his great grandchildren, Mary Grace Corrao, Lily Marie Corrao, Sarah Scott Corrao, Jack Corrao, Chloe Elizabeth Kirlis, Lucy Rose Kirlis and William Quinn Kirlis; and his nieces and nephews, Diane Chandler, Loretta Freeman, Vono Freeman, Don Freeman, Cliff Meadows, Bronnie Meadows, Rod Meadows, Barbara Hake and Donald Meadows.
