He is survived by: his wife Annie Lou White Vance; his children, Brian White (Beverly) of Sumter and Willie "Nickie" Adrian Vance (Anna) of Waynesville, Ohio; and his siblings, Barbara Vance of Sumter, Gayle Vance of Atlanta, GA, Lydia Razor of Phoenix, AZ, Joseph of Sumter, Charles of Sumter, George Vance of Sumter, Billie and John Jr.. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family is requesting in accordance with the COV19 guidelines, face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends at all visitation at the home, 3002 Prosser Avenue, Sumter.
