He was predeceased by: his parents, Jones M. Robinson and Sarah Robinson; and his brothers, S. M. and Marion Robinson. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Parton (Bryan) of Sunset and David Robinson of Pickens; his daughter-in-law Karen Anthony; his grandchildren, Amber Robinson, Connor Robinson, Brittany Robinson, Morgan Parton, Lucas Parton and Faith Parton; and his great grandchild Peyton.

He was a member of Charity Baptist Church in Salem.
