She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Foust and Ruth Foust of Waynesboro, PA.; her husband Stephen Perry; her brother Chris Foust (Karen Foust); her children, Shelley Tapia (Damon Gray) and Geoffrey Scoggins (Yvonne Scoggins); her grandchildren, Kaitlin Spangler (Steven Spangler) and Dean Tapia (Allyson); and her great grandchildren, Audrey Tapia, Emilia and Eli Spangler. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, she was the best Grammy.
