He is survived by: his wife Anita Petta Rafferty; his children, James J. Rafferty, Timothy W. Rafferty, Susan M. DeGaetano, Lynn A. LeClere, Thomas S. Rafferty, Terence R. Rafferty, Mary A. Voight and Kerry A. Lewandoski; and his siblings, Catherine Keller, Evelyn Hnatov, Gerald Rafferty and Patrick Rafferty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
