She is survived by: her husband Donald Van Eizenga; her children, Jerry Van Eizenga (JoAnn) and Pamela Graves (Howard); her grandchildren, Jim Van Eizenga (Joanna), Shawn Van Eizenga (Megan), John Van Eizenga and Shelby Van Eizenga; and her great grandchild Marley Van Eizenga. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
