She is survived by: her husband Steve Rast; her daughter Brooke Rast; her brothers, Oscar Lee Hughes, III (Mona) and Andrew Stroman Hughes (Michelle); her grandchildren, Taylor Turner and Hayden Turner; and her close friends, Randy, Kathy, Buck and Kelcie Hoffman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gethsemane Baptist Church (655 Hammond Cross Rd, St Matthews, SC 29135). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
