She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Jake Swygert and Rozelle Sheely Swygert; her sons, Tommy Jackson (Hazel), Roy Jackson (Linda) and Buddy Eden; her great grandchild Kadence; her siblings, Gene Swygert, Patricia Wilson (Bobby), Joan Monts (David) and Leah Kelly (Tison); her husband Herbert Franklin Covington; and her daughter Celeste Jackson. She was also cherished by three step-daughters, two step-sons.
