It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley S. Martin of Swansea, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Herbert Smith and Earmese Hoover Bailey; and her husband Jerome F. Martin, Sr.. She is survived by : her children, Lori Martin of Lexington and Jerry Martin of Swansea; and her grandsons, Brett Martin and Cole Martin. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and a sister.
