He is survived by : his children, Scott Shaffer (Dawn) and Amy Swearingin; his grandchildren, Carter, Nicole, Emily and Carley; his great grandchildren, Liam, Callie, Charleigh, Easton, Daniel and Scarlett; and his brother David Shaffer.
