He is survived by: his wife Thelma Barnes (Snow); his children, Charles Wayman Barnes, Jr. and Freda Ann Robinson (Derrel); his siblings, Sandra Kennedy (Lester), Ronald Barnes (Joyce), Gregory Barnes (Crystal), Steve Barnes and Keith Barnes (Jeannie); and his sisters-in-law, Jean Barnes and Linda Barnes. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
