He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Franklin and Louise Williams Fowler; and his sister Avice Fowler Lister. He is survived by: his wife Becky Pruitt Fowler; his children, D. Keith Fowler (Donna) and Terri Fowler Hendricks (Cliff); and his grandchildren, Daniel J. Watson (Marie), Brandi Jones (Clay) and Lance Fowler (Emily).
