With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Pauline McKinney of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on August 25, 2023 at the age of 99. She was predeceased by : her husband Harold Don McKinney; her parents, Lawrence Merrell and Jessie Josephine Lanning Merrell; and her siblings, Margaret McKinney, Harold, Herman, Frank and James Merrell.

She is survived by : her daughter Donna McKinney; and her sisters, Mae Arms and Faye Youngblood. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
