He is survived by: his wife Nicole Hebert of Gillis; his children, Thomas Bradley Fugate (Krysta) of Stuart, FL, Amanda Marie Sneed of Murfreesboro, TN, Candice Dawn Trahan (Derrick) of Gillis and Ethan Chesson of Gillis; his siblings, Shannon Hebert of Dayton, TX, Elizabeth Herndon of Sulphur and Shawn Hebert (Lisa) of Tylertown, MS; and his grandchildren, Paydenn Sneed, Isaac Crochet, Cameron Trahan, Carson Trahan and Meredith Fugate. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
