It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Walker Bowman (Travelers Rest, South Carolina), born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ovelton Walker and Kathleen Myrtle Saunders Walker; her son Gregory Keith Martin; and her brother William Lee Walker. She is survived by: her son Jerry Lee Martin (Sandra) of Travelers Rest; and her grandchildren, Chelsea Martin Glissman (Christopher) of Kansas City, MO and Adam Douglas Martin of Greenville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Young at Heart Ministry at Enoree Baptist Church, 881 Tigerville Rd., Travelers Rest, SC 29690.
