She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Lee Alston, Sr.; her parents, Grover Miller and Iris Mae Woodfin Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Miller, Loretta Made, Pearl Mae Elam, Larry Alston and Lynn Mabe.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Lee Alston, Jr. of Greenville, SC and Terry Allen Alston; her brother Charles Miller of Erwin, TN; and her brother-in-law Donald Alston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Howze Mortuary, Inc. (6714 State Park Rd, Travelers Rest, SC 29690). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Howze Mortuary Chapel (6714 State Park Rd, Travelers Rest, SC 29690). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the M. J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
