She was predeceased by: her son Steve C Lindsey; and her siblings, Boyce Stamey, Danny Stamey and Sylvia Stamey. She is survived by: her former husband James C. Lindsey of Travelers Rest; her children, Barbara Burngasser (Vinny) of Charlotte, NC., Keith Lindsey (Susan) of Greenville and Bryan Lindsey (Renaye) of Travelers Rest; and her grandchildren, Melissa Arthur of Charlotte, NC, Marsha Loudermilk (Shannon) of Inman, Brad Arthur (Tarrah) of Charlotte, NC, Kevin Lindsey (Regan) of Greer, Cameron Lindsey (Breanna) of Travelers Rest and Cassie Smith (Chris) of Travelers Rest.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
