She is survived by: her son James E. (Ed) Merck (Sherri); her brothers, Melvin Gilreath (Brenda), Joe Hardin Gilreath and Ansel Gilreath (Meri); and her grandchildren, Ashley Jones (Jeremy) and Corey Merck (Haley).
