He is survived by : his wife Pearl Casselman Rowell; his children, Karen Delagrange (Ron) of Augusta, GA and Jim Rowell (Missy) of Trio; his grandchildren, Jared, Noah Delagrange, Victoria, Ben and Jimmy Rowell; and his siblings, Roberta Benton of Georgetown and Thomas Rowell of Trio.
