It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Watts (Turbeville, South Carolina), born in Kingstree, South Carolina, who passed away on October 17, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Alexander Scott and Kizzie Frierson Scott; her husband Ralph L Watts; and her siblings, James William Scott, John Alexander Scott, Lula Scott Williamson, Katherine Scott Timmons, Millie Scott Alsbrook and Jerry Scott Bayliff.

She is survived by : her children, Cyndi Player (Hugh), Kathy Coker, Jimmy Watts (Ruth) and Heidi Davis (Kevin). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

Guests are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
