He was predeceased by: his parents, David G. Woodard and Verna Woodard; and his siblings, Kenneth, Bill, Baxter Woodard, Ann Hazlett and June Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Bart Woodard (Debbie) of Union and John Woodard (Lori) of Union; his grandchildren, Thomas Woodard (Allie) of Greenwood, Zach Woodard of Charleston and Casey Kendrick (Matt) of Buffalo; and his brothers, John Woodard (Bonnie) of Knoxville and Mac Woodard (Fay) of Mountain City.
