He was predeceased by: his parents, Europe Lucas and Florence Lowman Lucas; and his siblings, Catherine Wynn and Calvin Winston. He is survived by: his wife Rita Jones-Lucas; his son Brice A. Lucas of Waldorf, MD; his stepson Willie J. Rice; his granddaughter Dominique Lucas (Rachelle) of Waldorf, MD; his sister Courtney Thompson; his aunts, Gladys Sanders of Perry, GA and Johnnie Foster of Union, SC; his mother-in-law Alma G. Jones of Union, SC; and his siblings-in-law, Andrena Jones-Sharpe of Shaker Heights, OH, Anthony T. of Union, SC and Ray Jones of Union, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
