She was predeceased by: her parent Mack Rodgers; her daughter Jessica Spencer; and her siblings, Larry Spencer and Jo Ella Spencer. She is survived by: her parent Pernell Spencer; her son Terry R. Talley (Eureka) of Union, SC; and her sisters, Patricia Jeter (Rufus) and Rebecca Whitner (Kermit). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
