He is survived by: his close friend Linda Ashley; his children, JT Glick (Aspen) and Dawson Glick; his stepchildren, Kaylie Cook (Axl) and Devan Malphrus (Arianna); his stepgrandchildren, Dekklan Cook, Zeplyn Cook and Madaline Malphrus; and his siblings, Vickie Stubblefield, Tina Horton, Julie Glick, Debbie Glick, Kevin Glick (Chia), Frank Thompson and Bobby Thompson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
