He is survived by: his wife Patsy Cook; his son Kevin Cook; his son-in-law Tim VonCannon (Sara); his grandchildren, Adam VonCannon, Christian Griffin and Dusty Brown; his great grandchild Kingsley Griffin; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Smith (Ellen), Larry Smith (Amelia) and Judy Tuten (Tiger); and his friends, Jimmie and Lisa Nunnery.
