He is survived by: his wife Sheila Rivers Floyd of Estill; his sons, Cody Floyd of Grays and Neil Floyd of Grays; his siblings, Katherine B. Gray (Larry) of Bulls Gap, Tennessee and Michael Ray Floyd of Sumter; and his mother-in-law Elsie Richardson of Estill.
