He was predeceased by : his siblings, Emily Mack and Gladys Greenwood. He is survived by : his wife Sadie Mikell; his children, Darryl Mikell, Roosevelt Mikell Jr and Yolanda Mikell Rogers; and his siblings, Gloria Simmons, Martha Mikell, Audrey Mikell and Jacqulyn Revis. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
