He is survived by : his daughters, Sheryl Smiley-Oliphant (Erik) and Kimberly Oliphant; his siblings, Rebecca Hunt, Clarence Smiley, Jr. and James Smiley (Gracie); and his aunt Rena Smiley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
