He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas "Tom" and Rena Black Galloway; and his siblings, Luke Galloway, Roy Galloway, Marvin Galloway, Riley Galloway, Derrill Galloway, John Thomas Galloway, Jr. and Frances Burrell.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Truman Galloway (Stacy) of Walhalla and Melissa "Missy" Ashley (Larry) of Spartanburg; and his stepgrandchildren, Zack and Caleb Ashley.
