She was predeceased by: her parents, George Powell and Bernice Helen Forish; her siblings, Edward, George, Leonard, Bernard, Ralph Forish and Helen Forish Beasley; her half-sister Otilia Forish Lucas; and her daughter-in-law Linda Garwacki.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Alan Lusk (Fiona) of Liberty, SC, Clyde Riddle (Jan) of Roxas City, Philippines, Mitchell Garwacki (Kathy) of Westminster and David Garwacki of Southwick, MA; and her grandchildren, Jason Garwacki, Traci Garwacki, Jennifer Garwacki Rowland, Christopher Riddle and Marjorie Riddle. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
