He is survived by: his mother Maggie Kelly Winchester of Walhalla; his children, Michael Shannon Winchester (Katie) of Walhalla, April Winchester (Richard Ellenburg) of Walhalla and Rebecca "Becky" Winchester of Westminster; his brothers, Norman Winchester and Wayne Winchester of Walhalla; his grandchildren, Amber Leroy, Heather Phillips and Kody Strickland; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Leroy, Gage Ramey and Katie Ramey.
