She was predeceased by: her sister Rhonda Messer. She is survived by: her spouse David Pearson of Walhalla; her children, Loma Godfrey (Michael) of Belton, Robert Messer (Cheyenne) of Walhalla and Stephanie Glenn (Lewis) of Greenville; and her siblings, Carolyn Atkins, Jennifer Banks and James Messer.
