We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2019, at the age of 76, Douglas McArthur Davenport (Walterboro, South Carolina), born in Aiken, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Davenport and Nellie Webb Davenport. He is survived by: his children, Alvin Davenport (Crystal) of Aiken, Donna Thompson (Donnie) of West Columbia, Caroline Maxine Davenport and Kayleigh G. Davenport of Ruffin; his grandchildren, Terry Fraser Jr., Michael Fraser, Sarah Chavis and Brooke Armstrong; and his son Don Davenport (Teresa) of Aiken.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
