She was predeceased by: her husband Clinton Lesley; and her parents, Homer Boren and Mary Ellen Edwards Boren. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Jones, Susan Hofheins and Katherine Heckler; her sister Glenda Stringfellow; and her grandchildren, Brandi Sanders, Jeremy Jones, Nina Lerma and Brittany Lybarger. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be directed in her memory to MUSC Children's Hospital, 59 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29425.
