He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Mary Hall Crosby; his wife Vivian Garner Polk; his children, Kathy Polk Rozelle (Cal), Russell Polk (Kathy), Richard Polk and Roger Polk (Amy); his grandchildren, Brantly Tinker (Ciri), Amanda Hiott (Ethan) and Grant Polk; his great grandchildren, Garner, Lane and Magnolia; and his siblings, Patsy Hall (George), Donna Lyons (Joey) and Joe Bowers.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Harry's memory to Doctor's Creek Baptist Church or the Gideon's.
